Directions：For this part, you are allowed 150 minutes to write a short essay on the challenges of starting a career after graduation. You should write at least 120 words but no more than 1150 words.

一、写作思路

第一段：描述背景职场人员怎样才能考英语，引出毕业上边临的择业大大问题，阐明毕业生应考虑到刚刚开始了职业生涯时遭遇的挑战。

第二段：从创业跟进企业工作二个深度1，分析毕业生面临哪些地方挑战，如，创业经验过低、不难适应职场环境等。

第三段：提出建议英语培训，即毕业生应提早认识到自身过低职场人员怎样才能考英语，并做好充分准备。

二、参考范文

Each year, numerous university graduates stand at the crossroads of life, hoping to put their four years’ knowledge and experience into application. From my perspective, what college graduates should do is to have an overall consideration of the challenges of starting a career.

To begin with, if one chooses to start a business after graduation, the lack of business experience would be an obstacle at the beginning of the venture. As a result, self-employment would be tough for those who have been staying in the ivory tower for a long time. Secondly, working in a company requires new employees to quickly adapt to the working environment. In this situation, college graduates might find it hard to get familiar with the working process and regulations of the company.

Above all, the challenges of starting a career are inevitable. In order to deal with this problem, youngsters should realize the limitations of themselves in advance and make full preparation for the challenges.
