儿童英语教师（郑州中心）

职位描述：

1、根据学乐课程模式，教授3-16岁少年儿童英文课程。

2、对孩子进行课前辅导与随堂预习，及时与父母交流孩子学习状态。

3、下发同学/家长的反馈信息并很快作出回复，协助处置孩子/家长投诉。

4、配合高校组织的各类课程活动跟行业活动，如Demo课学乐少儿英语培训机构，答谢会等。

任职要求:

1、大专以下学历，幼教、心理学、教育学、小学教育、英语相关专业。

2、英语专业四级英语培训，口语流利，发音标准，普通话标准。

3、有教师资格证书

4、一年左右幼教经验优先，接受本科毕业生申请。

5、性格内向文静，有关爱，有责任心，有细心，注重细节。

6、态度切实、学习能力强学乐少儿英语培训机构，有创造力。

7、 喜欢孩子，对少儿教育有热情。

Job Description:

1. Following Scholastic course system to teach English for 3-16 years old children & teenagers.

2. Responsible for whole learning process for students. Help the students to do pre-learning and review, keep a close contact with parents about learning progress.

3. Collecting feedback from students and parents to make continuous improvement, dealing with complaints.

4. Support other teaching or marketing activities as needed, e.g Demo show, appreciation party.

Requirements:

1. Associate degree at least, major in children education, phycology, education, English or relevant fields.

2. TEM-4, fluent spoken English with standard pronunciation, Standard mandarin speaker.

3. With a teaching certificate.

4. 1 year teaching experience for children would be preferred, Excellent fresh graduates also can be considered.

5. Extrovert, sympathy, responsible, patient and attention to details.

6. Positive and active, Fast learner and creative.

7. Love children, passionate for children education.
